Prior to Your Visa Application
We will apply our expertise to preparing for your application, to ensure the best possible outcome for your case.
We will:
- Give you an upfront quote for the total cost of your application
- Provide honest advice on how to manage issues around health concerns, character/ background checks or any other adverse circumstances
- Give you full and clear instructions about what information and documents are required for your application
- Prepare all of the forms and submissions required on your behalf
- Ensure that all of your documentation is correct and at the required standard
Lodgement of Your Visa Application
Our experienced migration team will be with you every step of the way to support you throughout the complex process of applying for your Australian visa.
We will:
- Lodge your application on your behalf, and will ensure that it is all complete and correct
- Give you a realistic expectation on how long the application will take to process
- Monitor the progress of your application constantly
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs on your behalf
- Contact you as soon as possible if the Department of Home Affairs requests more information about your case
- Advise and assist you with any additional information requests, and will lodge the additional information on your behalf
- Contact you to advice the outcome of your application as soon as possible after we receive a decision from the Department of Home Affairs
- Explain any visa conditions attached to your visa to ensure that you understand how to comply
- Assist you with any questions you have after the grant of your visa

- Be transparent in outlining the costs of your applications and will not charge you any success fees or any additional charges, unless some unforeseen circumstances arise that are outside of what is included in our initially quoted price
